Yo. Hola. Yola.
The name is Morgan and the game is growing up.
This is my blog.
And this is an invisible high five:
Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
This is the song that just launched me into summer. It is summer now. Okay.
Flying to Kansas tonight for a long Mother’s Day weekend. Yaaaay. It’s not often I can say I’m excited to fly across the country and then sit in a car for 4 hours, but I totally am. Flat road, surrounded by sky, room to breathe. Kind of like this. Music included.
Twin Shadow - Five Seconds
New track from Reptar.
It’s 65 degrees outside. In February.
TODAY IS AWESOME
Sun Airway “American West”
Martha & the Vandellas - “Heatwave”
I’m going to sound like my father when I say this, but they really don’t make music like they used to. I mean, obviously, yeah, duh. It’s 2012 now. But even though I was negative 22 years old when this song came out, I feel so much more connected to it than I do to 99% of the bullshit music my generation salivates over. If you can even call it music.
In summary: I just want to sway my hips to some motown.
Icona Pop “Manners”
This song feels good after a long Monday. Reminds you the weekend is out there somewhere. As is neon lipstick.
what are we waiting for?
we’ve got all we need right here
but somethings telling us we need more
we want all that stuff
all that stuff that costs too much
why are we working?
and what are we working for?
we want all that stuff
all that stuff that costs too much
we feel sad and such
are we owned by our own stuff?

Currently head bobbing to: The Go! Team - “Voice Yr Choice”
May I suggest you do the same? It makes work better. I promise.
Goyte “Somebody that I used to know” (Dan Aux remix)
Excellent road tuneage.
